If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mirkessandy@gmail.com and include photos of the item and its packaging.
Please note that our jewelry is delicate. Damage caused by accidental drops, improper handling, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
