All products are handmade with great care using polymer clay and other selected materials.
As each item is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, size, or pattern may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Euro (€).
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.
4. Orders
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, for example due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
6. Shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Handmade Jewelry
Each piece of jewelry is individually handmade.
Minor imperfections and small variations are part of the handmade process and are not grounds for complaints or refunds.
8. Jewelry Care
To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, please:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals.
- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
- Handle your jewelry with care.
- Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
Damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear is not covered.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oui Oui des Perles shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
